Yesterday we received a seat that fit exactly to the millimeter. I must say that we handled everything via messages, Mr. Krajčík was not with us and he made the seat exactly to the hair. 👍 Communication, willingness, explanation, import, I rate everything positively, even though we waited for it. But good things are worth waiting for 🤗
We'll see how the seat will "react" over time and whether the material will be very easy to clean, as we were told.

Unfortunately, I have to change my rating. We are extremely dissatisfied with the seat.
1. It needs to be vacuumed daily, the material attracts dirt and grime extremely. And yet we chose the material on the recommendation of the saleswoman because we have a small child and it is the most durable material that can be easily cleaned (which is not true).
2. Fibers from the inside leak through the surface (fabric). At least 10-15 such fibers come out through the fabric every day, as we sit on the seat.

We tried to complain, but the complaint was not acknowledged. The owner of the company even called the representative of the supplier of the fabric to our house and he also made excuses that there was no fault in the fabric.
Next time we will buy the seat in Sconta and for half the price..

We bought the seat in January 2020 and after more than a year of use, I can only give a positive review. The seat was custom-made, fits to the millimeter, the upholstery fabric is high-quality, color-fast and easy to maintain. The seat filling retains 100% of its shape and quality. It is comfortable, spacious and very nice. The saleswoman from the store had a great attitude, she knew how to adapt to our requirements and recommend what was suitable and necessary. I recommend purchasing from this company, the price-quality ratio is balanced.
